My collection or progress disappeared after reinstalling
Your cards, decks, and progress are backed up via iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → War of the Art One. Progress should restore automatically on first launch.
In-app purchase didn't unlock
Tap Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used at purchase. If the content still doesn't appear, contact us with your transaction date and Apple Order ID.
Game Center leaderboard isn't showing
Go to Settings → Game Center and make sure you're signed in. Leaderboards and achievements require an active Game Center account to display.
The app crashed — what should I do?
Force-quit, restart, and try again. If the crash repeats, contact us with your device model, iOS version, and exactly what you were doing when it crashed.
