About This App
Video Poker Mania ("the App", "we", "us") is a single-player, entertainment-only video poker game. There is no real-money gambling, no real cash payouts, and no account sign-up required. This policy explains what limited data the App handles, why, and your choices.
Information We Collect
On your device (local-only):
The following data lives only on your device and is never sent to us:
Stored in iOS UserDefaults and optionally synced via your private iCloud Key-Value Store. We never see this data; it never leaves Apple's ecosystem.
Advertising identifiers (only with your consent):
If you tap Allow on the App Tracking Transparency prompt, the App passes Apple's IDFA to Google AdMob so ads are more relevant. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, ads still appear but are not personalized.
Game Center:
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple shares your Game Center alias so leaderboards and achievements work. Score submissions go to Apple's Game Center service — not to us.
In-App Purchases:
StoreKit handles billing entirely on Apple's side. The App receives only the product ID and grants credits — it never sees your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID email.

Your Choices
- Ad tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — toggle off any time.
- Game Center: Sign out via Settings → Game Center.
- Local data wipe: Delete the App to remove all locally stored gameplay data.
Children
The App is rated 17+ for simulated gambling content. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17.
Changes & Contact
We may update this policy when we add features. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
