My credits disappeared after reinstalling
Credits and progress are stored in iCloud. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud is enabled in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Video Poker Mania.
In-app purchase didn't grant credits
Tap Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. Purchases may take a moment to process. If credits still don't appear, contact us using the form above and include the transaction date.
Ads aren't loading / rewarded ads don't work
Check your internet connection and make sure you haven't restricted ad content in your device settings. Rewarded ads require a live connection to Google AdMob servers. Try force-quitting and restarting the app.
Is this real gambling? Can I win real money?
No. Video Poker Mania is entertainment-only. All credits are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money. The app is rated 17+ for simulated gambling content only.
How do I turn off ad personalization?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and toggle off tracking for Video Poker Mania. Ads will still appear but won't be personalized. You can also revoke consent via the in-app privacy prompt.
The app crashed — what should I do?
Force-quit, restart, and try again. If the crash repeats, contact us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it crashed.
